With all the crooked ass lawyers in Kansas all I can figure is Kline missed his dues payment. Anyone who knows anyone knows the bar in every little crook and cranny in Kansas is nothing but a home for the old boys network. Kansas Attorneys have been double crossing their clients for the sake of politics for years.
