DeleteMy dear departed mother predicted this over 40 years ago. She took one look at the Hickman/Ruskin area and predicted that it would be a ghetto (not a word available at her time, but I will not repeat what she would have said.)

I just hate to say it. When blacks move in, law and order, good manners, and respect move out.
I think that the only thing that the rest of us can do is just nip in the bud when the bad behavior rears its ugly head in our neighborhood.
Our school used to be all white, now we have AA students, but they are expected to behave and perform just like everybody else. Generally they do, because Mom and Dad are well educated and will not tolerate ghetto behavior.
I hope that the pc police dont show up and demand changes, but I am holding my breath.
