ReplyDeleteCerberus wants $1.2 BILLION in incentives to build office buildings! That's BILLION with a B folks! We can't pay our bills and yet we're considering a corporate handout like this to a rich and profitable corp. This dwarfs the airport and downtown hotel projects.

ReplyDeleteI think we need to have a day to honor the man who killed the men of Lawrence Kansas. Men from Lawrence Kansas have been been getting killed on the football field ever since. If I were alive back then I would have helped light the torch that burned Lawrence to the ground.
