The weekend approaches and already the gunfire has started in Kansas City . . .
KMBC: KCPD: 1 injured in shooting near lounge on Blue Parkway
KSHB: One person suffered non life-threatening injuries after a shooting outside a club on the cities east side early Thursday morning.
KMBC: 1 hurt in shooting on city's northeast side
Fox4: Investigators said the victim was apparently shot at 6300 Blue Pkwy. at about 2:30 a.m., in the parking lot outside a nearby lounge. Someone reportedly opened fire on several cars there.
On the bright side, don't confuse Kansas City gunfire with all of the illegal fireworks that will plague this town until around mid-August.
