This is a welcomed move to keep Kansas City streets safe and make sure motorcycle enthusiasts spend most of their time in this cowtown hanging out in front of coffee places for some strange reason.
Yes doing stunts on a city highway is dumb but so is dealing drugs, drive by shootings, stealing cars and breaking into houses. But guess where the police crack down will go.
