The wars have increased violence in the inner cities and have resulted in increasing the prison population with Black Americans. This has caused the prison culture to reach out into the inner city and has infected it with prison values. Going to prison has become a rite of passage in the hood. The prison culture in the hood has left young black men feeling helpless unless he belongs to a gang. In the inner city, the gang has become the tribe.

KC ppl need to stop the violence and it is really more than just saying its a black or n word thing cause other races kill up each other too. Hello let's not forget about sandy hook! How terrible was that. Oh n they were not black!!!
