Hello once again! It's time to get out to your Jackson County Parks, be sure to print off some of our summer coupons so you can save and still have fun!
It was brought to our attention that private companies are charging citizens for documents such as deeds. Remember you can obtain copies of recorded documents for free, by visiting the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds website. You may also obtain copies by visiting the Jackson County Courthouse although a nominal printing fee will apply. If you need assistance obtaining a document please contact my office.
Finally, I would like to congratulate the Honorable Mary Weir for her recent appointment to the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court. I know she will make a excellent addition to the bench.
