Kansas City infrastructure improvements are rather shabby as of late.

The message . . .

"T. here's a look at the lights we're installing tonight. They look like cheap high school football stadium lights but you wouldn't believe the cost if I told you. Too bad that we're putting these things in just to rip them out. I would complain if I wasn't getting paid time and a half and my friends making even more, sorry guy."

So, Kansas City night owls will enjoy a slightly better view inside the loop that looks rather low rent despite so many recent taxes that were passed by Mayor Sly and Council.
