"This was a result of an explosion in the manhole at the corner of 19th locust, power went out for awhile. I saw the 3rd blast which had about a 10'-12' fireball shoot out. That is the manhole cover. Other half is not anywhere near maybe in hole. Fire dept got there within 3 min. Happened Monday night around 9:30pm."

Thankfully, there's no report of anybody hurt in the incident and your fart joke is better than mine given the exceptionally powerful Downtown blowout last night.
