Newspaper offers detailed crime reporting from one of the nicer parts of town . . . Also, this is kind of a dangerous new trend: A gunman stepped out of a car and robbed a victim Wednesday night in the West Plaza neighborhood. Police later arrested a 28-year-old suspect.
