THREE QUESTIONS FACING KANSAS CITY!!!



Here's a look at the upcoming April 2nd Ballot . . . We're not worried about what passes for Democracy in other nearby burgs but it's worth taking a closer looker at the issues confronting Kansas City in a little more than a month.

Kansas City Questions For April 2nd Election

Question 1

- Shall the city renew its health levy of 22 cents per $100 assessed valuation, with 3.5 cents going to ambulance services, 3.5 cents to non-for-profit neighborhood health centers, and 15 cents to Truman Medical Center?

Question 2

- Shall the city remove exemptions from its hotel tax, except for official federal business?

Question 3

- Shall the city be barred from funding, financing or subsidizing facilities involved in the production, assembling or refurbishing of nuclear weapons or their component parts?
