Mayor sly says "find me the MONEY. I need a toy train legacy" City staff has to find it where they can. This is City Council stupidity. The blame for stealing from poor folks stuck riding the bus to work and then back home lays at the door of weal council members and this foolish mayor. No bow tie is going to make this mayor worthwhile.
