NORTHEAST KANSAS CITY PEDESTRIAN HIT AND KILLED BY CAR LAST NIGHT
NBC Action News reporting reveals that "walkable districts" in Kansas City are really nothing more than a fantasy: "A pedestrian was struck and killed by a car Monday night in the city's old northeast district."

If there had been a toy train available along Independence Avenue for this pedestrian to ride, this accident might never have happened.

Everyone who lives in the City knows that black folks walk in the street, most commonly the middle, regardless if sidewalks are available or not.
If this was a jig, walking in the middle of the street, they should give the driver a fucking medal.

Dude. He was prone in the street when he was struck, even though the sidewalk was cleared. Police suspected he was intoxicated. This is unrelated to walkability or the streetcar.
