Fox4: "Attorney General Chris Koster said Thursday he has reached a settlement with a Kansas City funeral home director for submitting a fraudulent invoice for funeral items to the Crime Victims Compensation Program."

Why do we have to "settle" with criminals? Fuck em, let em pay the fine for the crime. Screw this settlement mentality..
