BREAKING!!! KANSAS CITY ST. PATRICK'S DAY 2013 HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION!!!



The latest, local homicide report and ANOTHER reminder that there really isn't a break from murder in this town.

Check it:

"On Sunday, March 17, 2013 at 11:16am, officers were called to a residence in the 4400 block of East 33 St in regard to an ambulance call. Upon arrival officers located a deceased female (b/f approx 70yrs old) inside the residence. Her husband stated he found her deceased and called police. The cause of death is unknown but her death is being investigated as a homicide. Anyone with information is urged to call the TIPS Hotline at 816.474.8477."

Dear Mr. Tony: Thanks for posting!!Since we are now up to 21 homicides for 2013--compared to 20 in 2012, 16 in 2011 and 13 in 2010--I am very much hoping that the Mayor in his state of the city speech mentions the crime issue. He should do so since it has gotten worse during his tenure--the last 12 months of Mayor Funkhouser there were 98 homicides, the first twelve months of Mayor James there were 126 homicides. Fuck, he's not only out on bail, but was granted a stipend from the NAACP and now lives in Leawood.
