The teen and his family are living in Parvin Estates, a Section 8 development that opened in 1970 with 300 units.

Bought my first nickel bag from my next door neighbor there when I was 13.

Not a bad place, just lots of poor people.

What is going on with our system that we now have 2 kids (the little girl from Chouteau) that have "fallen off the radar" and locked into utility closets and basements?

this obviously would have never happened if the Obama administration would have a hearing and figure out a way to ban children from being locked in basements. Maybe we should ban basements!
