Meanwhile, even the most ardent supporters of the current administration must acknowledge that Sly James is Kansas City's "Tax and Spend" Mayor. In political circles, the local elite marvel at Mayor Sly's ability to keep winning tax increases with his smile.
There is no definite answer if Kansas City can spend and borrow our way to prosperity but there's also no denying the fact that there is a very real cost for Mayor Sly's charisma.

I read the Star for the COMICS. @8:18 obviously works forThe Star and they're RIGHT!
