CELEBRATE!!! STRIPPERS IN KANSAS ENTITLED TO UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS!!!

Rather than watching Beyoncé or discussing her big booty . . . Let's look at an issue of Kansas hottie compensation.

Exotic dancers are to be considered employees, as opposed to independent contractors, for the purpose of determining unemployment insurance, the Kansas Supreme Court ruled Friday.

Take a look at the court documents for further reading.

What does this teach us?

Beyond the glamor of booty shaking . . . The real fight for the future is about the constant struggle for worker rights that's a part of union beef AND the stripper poles in the Sunflower State.

  2. Well I will say they are probably better than that crap we was presented for a halftime show.

  3. They're going to need it once our political do-gooders get the Missouri-like law passed against strip clubs this year. Amazing. Republicans are supposed to be the party of "small government" but their sticking their noses into the strip clubs again. Messing with small business owners and trying to put people out of work. I haven't set foot into a strip club for years. If you want to go, knock yourself out. If you don't, then just don't go. Republicans: Gov't small enough to fit into your bedroom.

  5. That's awesome for the Strippers. At least now they could hopefully get some benefits.
