This was part of the case with murder victim and hooker (Tamara Sparks). When Tamera's body was found in the Northland in 2011 the KCPD & the local media was only laser focused on the Baby Lisa case. The national spotlight of this case made the KCPD & the local press focus more on that case than any others during that time. Tamera Sparks case was ignored horribly while it was breaking.
Fortunately, local crime blogger, Alonzo Washington blogs about crimes and murders that are high profile and no profile. As he posted blogs on the case of Tamara Sparks' murder tips poured in about the troubled young lady's lifestyle. A friend from out of town and a jail inmate who served time with her contacted Alonzo Washington regarding the case. Tamara was pregnant before she was slain. She had recently ended #the pregnancy before she was killed. Tipsters claim that the unwanted pregnancy may have been a motive for the murder. Furthermore, Tamara solicited Johns via the Internet on a site called Quest Chat Line. For a donation she would service her Johns. Alonzo Washington asked the KCPD to investigate this service years ago regarding this case. He does not know if they ever did. Furthermore, Ms. Sparks worked the local truck stops to sell sex. Mr. Washington also supplied the KCPD with tips to review all local truck stops to try to solve this case and other cases that involved slayings of local working girls. Sadly, during this time Baby Lisa was the number one priority.
Moreover, Alonzo Washington has been warning the readers of his blogs and the viewers of his Youtube Channel that there are a few serial killers operating in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Many of them are targeting sex workers. Some are burning women up and others are just dumping them. Perhaps, they could be the same suspect changing up his or her methods to confuse law enforcement. Alonzo Washington been saying that a serial killer is active in the Kansas City community for many years. He also thinks that a RECENTLY CONVICTED KILLER may have been one of them. He is currently serving time for killing a hooker during a drunken and drug fueled rage. Mr. Washington believes his DNA should be tested against all slayings of local hookers before he was arrested.
