The Blunder Down Under wrecked havoc on the economy of the West Bottoms. Since it was built, the West Bottoms has become a ghost town. Why? Because a building surrounded by a desert of surface parking doesn't generate any econmic activity for local businesses. People leave the building, get in their cars, and go home. When the building is idle, no activy whatsoever occurs on those parking lots. Get rid of this parking obsessed disaster and replace it with buildings that have a life 24/7. This is a NO BRAINER! P.S. Except for a BBQ Party, the American Royal is a WASTE! MOOOOOOOOO!
