TKC BREAKING AND EXCLUSIVE NEWS!!! HIGH KANSAS CITY FIRE DUDE ARRESTED IN ONGOING AND EXPANDING BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD FRAUD CASE!!!
A great many KICK-ASS TKC TIPSTERS have warned us that a recent City Hall scandal is just going to get more embarrassing.
To wit . . .
WORD ON THE STREET IS THAT NOW A TOP RANKING KANSAS CITY FIRE DUDE IS AMONG THE GROWING NUMBER OF MUNICIPAL WORKERS ARRESTED AMID AN EXPANDING FRAUD CASE!!!
Actually, we're heard a couple of names but we're putting this one on blast as a blind item . . .
"KCFD ******** and ********** was arrested last week in connection with the FBI's ongoing BCBS criminal fraud investigation."
Again there are MANY more arrests, charges and allegations to come in this hot mess that has now started to really take off like a baby running a triathlon.
Previously . . .
Kansas City-area government employees accused of $300k health insurance fraud scheme
Feds arrest 6 city employees, 1 county worker in fraud case
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City revisits wellness program
Those babies ran that triathlon fair and square.
ReplyDeleteHopefully KCPD Hundley is next. His triathlon days are over.
ReplyDeleteJust the tip of the iceberg I am sure.
ReplyDeleteWho's the fire dude?
ReplyDeleteWell, the Star will have it.
ReplyDeleteI am glad to see the arrests made, but there should also be arrests at BlueCross BlueShield. Who approved payments based on a toddler running marathons? There had to be inside help.

ReplyDeleteTony does not use the name of Fire Dudes anymore.
Public money, public employees and no mainstream media coverage. ANyone here surprised? Beuhler? Beuhler? Class? Anyone?
ReplyDeleteWhat about Smokey? I hear he ran a mean 10K and was into P90X
ReplyDeleteDid anyone get $15K?
ReplyDeleteThat would be ok if they did. No one would follow up on that.
Does frank haith have blue cross?
ReplyDeleteNo, but I'll bet he has blue balls.
DeleteTony censoring the names of fire dudes in trouble? Sounds to me like the IAFF's got both city government and Tony in their pocket.
ReplyDeleteI doubt fire would take the trouble to "buy" TKC.
ReplyDeleteBut this blind item makes everybody look bad.
Most firefighters are crooks anyway.
Waiting on the Mayor to be escorted out, too! Attorneys are stupid.
ReplyDeletechaps my ass that we could lose that benefit. I did it legally, now those greedy shits could very well have cost me 250$
ReplyDelete??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
ReplyDeleteWhy no lamestream media on this Tony?
Why did you redact the names if you have them?
Is your source not reliable?
If the arrests have actually been made, you have nothing to fear by publishing it.
??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Its worth pointing out that in this country, you are innocent until proven guilty. It's a classic prosecutorial trick to shame the accused and invite the media to film them as if they're on exhibit.
ReplyDeleteAnyone can be subject to arrest. Everyday, truly innocent people are arrested.
I am not speaking about this matter, from the post, but pointing out what is so often forgotten. We have a bill of rights. Cherish it.
Well said Mr Hundley!
DeleteWisdom @ 12:43
ReplyDeleteAgreed 12:43 - BUT, you need to remember that this is KC you are talking about. Odds are 1000:1 that these people are as guilty as can be.
ReplyDeleteDid Troy Schulte work that into his budget? He should be canning a lot of people--save salaries. they wont be replaced in a hiring freeze.
ReplyDeleteThe public information officer must be not available for comment? haha
ReplyDeleteSo, the FBI is hunting down people for a 250 dollar gift card. Why don't they go help with the 50 unsolved murders and stop working for big business. Can't blue cross afford to go to civil court and fix their own mistakes. I guess the fbi only works for the rich.
ReplyDeleteHow many of the accused are black? Most of them. That's what I thought.
ReplyDeleteThe feds have "FAST AND FURIOUS" AND "BENGAZI" Kansas City has "WHERE'S THE 15K'. Move on Tony, no story here.ha ha
ReplyDeleteDeveloping: High ranking Fire Dept Employee cannot testify at grand jury account fell and bumped head causing memory loss.
ReplyDeleteLMFAO 10:53!
ReplyDeleteFire Marshall Hillary at your service...
In all fairness, it is important to redact names when you report things that didn't happen...
ReplyDeleteHINT: arrest reports are public record. Actual journalists know that.
11:12 are FBI reports public record?
