We've been following this one since early last year and now the debate reaches its pinnacle . . .
MAKE NO MISTAKE . . . THIS IS NOTHING LESS THAN A FIGHT FOR BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE U.S. AND NOBODY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE BLOOD WITHOUT A WARRANT!!! ANY ARGUMENT TO THE CONTRARY IS NOTHING BUT AN ENDORSEMENT OF TYRANNY!!!
Seriously, this verdict will basically decide the promise of the American dream.
Luckily, already the Supreme Court seems skeptical of spurious claims that the right to take blood without a warrant will keep us safe . . .

Really, if people don't have the right to keep their blood from authorities without a warrant then they don't have any rights at all, the promise of individual liberty in the United States has failed and we have become nothing but subjects of reactionary rule.
It's interesting that a Missouri case is going to decide the fate of the free world or basically reveal MADD moms and their misguided ilk have gone insane and are willing to destroy human rights for the benefit of their crusade.
We need Winston Smith on the Toy Train and off of the streets, drunk or not.

No test, no license. Keeping your blood may be a right but driving is a priviledge. Its states right in the drivers code what the failure to submit penalty is. Thats the book you were supposed to read and understand before you take your drivers exam.

The outcome of this case has already been foreshadowed. By upholding ObamaCare, and thus endorsing Obama for a 2nd term, the U.S. Supreme Court has signaled the legality for government to suck the taxpayer til dry.
