Not only should it be restricted, it should be a prosecuatable crime and grounds to terminate the benefits.
I'm so sick of seeing these shits at the store buying a bunch of crap with their EBT card, on my dime - and yours, and then busting out a greasy wad of cash to pay for steak, shrimp, lobster, beer, wine, smokes and liquor!
