KC Biz Journal reports that not even the good (white) people across the bridge are safe from biz poaching: "North Kansas City-based garage door company D.H. Pace Co. will move its primary operations to Olathe a year from now."

Actually it seems like more white folks are moving into the city. I see them all over the place on paseo and troost.

No, really. The demographics in KC seem to be changing. I predict more white folks coming in as property prices, rents go through the roof. Lees Summit, Blue Springs, Grain Valley, Prairie Village are seeing a huge influx of African American and Latinos moving there from kc proper.
Don't forget to take some blacks with you.
