Still haven't figured out why anyone wants to spend money fucking up the best, easiest airport in the country! Isn't it enough of a hassle compared to most cities? Too many TSA agents so the lines are short?

Proposal supposed to be on City council desks by Feb for 1.2 billion project. They can't account for $15,000 and they get to put their thumbs in a $1,200,000,000 pie? Maybe if they add another $1,000,000,000 for a train it would work?

How come airports and airlines don't pay for themselves???

Isn't that what all transit HAS TO DO?...except of course, car travel, which is subsidized by the government to the tune of hundred of billions per year.

This is "Kingdom" building by Mark Van Loh. He also wants a commission that he can constitute and rid himself of City Council oversight. Once he gets the Commission he can sell the Airport or privatize its operation, go to work for them and triple his salary. There...you now have the story!
