I guess the Judge thought the same thing that I did. Jackson County is run by a bunch of idiots. Now, they've wasted a ton of money filing a petition in Federal Court costs. Jackson County controls the legislature. You'd think they would have checked in with Jeff City before persuing this nonsense. Hope these people are not practicing in the public realm. Just proves attorneys are stupid!
