- Council Dude Michael Brooks has REFUSED TO ANSWER QUESTIONS about his lobbying to get this money from the City Manager.
And of course, some of the smarter commenters have wondered if this is all being swept under the rug during a Mayoral epoch that's more concerned with Toy Trains and Hotel Plans than managing Kansas City's finances.
