Some Missouri lawmakers aim to put guns in teachers' hands
Think about it this way:
- This might actually represent increased funding for education and throughout this past election year it has been exceedingly clear that Missouri politicos don't want to spend any cash on schools.
- Kansas City Public Schools aren't fully accredited and voters are expected to believe that guns would make the situation any safer . . .
- In Kansas City, students fight with teachers and administrators and often dispense beat downs . . . Adding a gun into the mix might make things even more volatile.
And so, the only thing we've really learned from this lesson in fear is Missouri is becoming even more politically irrelevant and would rather waste time on the culture war than working to properly fund education or maybe creating jobs for students after they graduate.

ReplyDeleteMore guns all around. Those bullet deflecting backpacks make a great commentary on the US in 2012. Of course, those backpacks wont stop the bullets that originate from the guns that they want to us to buy more.
