Nobody can ever say that Council Dude Jermaine Reed didn't get good seats for his constituents: Tuesday night, the Third District hosted its monthly meeting at Arrowhead Stadium.

Looks more like a low turnout. Wasn't the Councilman saying how there were more than 78,000 constituents in the Third District. It looks like only a handful of friends and family showed up. I guess it was special in a wierd way.
