Kansas City Ambulance Response Time Talk

KCUR and ongoing talk that's just going to result in lower standards for Kansas City: "The panel that oversees policies for the Kansas City Fire Ambulance Service will expand and refocus if the City Council approves in two weeks."

  2. And when we're finsihed talking about ambulance response times, let's talk more about why there are two homicdes every week, over 100 fire hydrants that don't work, why there's still no director of the water department that's getting ready to spend $2.5 billion on a sewer upgrade, and all the other actual municipal issues that have been ignored for years and continue to be today.
How's the $100 million streetcar coming?
    A city that works.
    Just not for you.

  3. Could it be because there are too many poor black people in the jurisdiction and most of them don't make much money unless they have government jobs?

That's always been the big elephant in this room. An unhealthy urban black culture. Coupled with a white culture in the metro area that wants nothing to do with them because of that.

  4. Our only hope is that the State will take it over.

  6. Sure, putting Rex Archer on the panel will SOLVE everything!
Why does he still have a job?
