  1. Society has trained itself to associate VIDEO with any song. The view the public has of Jazz is a bunch of motionless guys sittin' around blowing hard-to-hum solo's. There are no stellar Jazz video pages on the internet nor is there a Jazz Video cable channel because nobody is making Jazz videos. Sadly, there are probably a thousand rap videos made for every Jazz video made. Jazz will eventually be totally dead to the public and only heard on TV commercials. If you play Jazz for a living (as in-musician) you're hurtin' fer certain. Time for some of those smug and snooty piano players to go get day jobs.
