There's a neighborhood worse than Ivanhoe? They get SpotShotter and the rest of Kansas City gets nothing. Another GIZ perk. I thought it was more unsafe at Prospect & 27th Street. Virtually every Kansas City neighborhood is in peril. Move to Johnson County. That's the best move.
At least now if you're a fiberhood you can get news of the latest homicide right next door 100 times faster than you could before.
