Earlier this week TKC TIPSTERS told us about cuts facing a vital program for Kansas City public schools . . .

Here's the aftermath:

Kansas City Public Schools will no longer receive a $150,000 grant for homeless students.

Homeless Students Left Wondering About Education After Cuts to Federal Funding

Meanwhile, the aftermath of this funding flap means fewer resources for local scholars, teachers and administrators along with a hint that harsh times continue for the KCPS.

Here's a tip - you're wrong. The state made a mistake and the money is being restored. Sorry to spoil your fun in trying to tear down the district. Retraction anyone?

That's not Green, probably Cripen Rea, he tryed to 'out' the KC STAR reporter at the meeting last night making the statement, 'Joe (I'm assuming this is the guy who wrote the article stating the district lost the grant to due to fiscal discreancies) will correct the article in tomorrow mornings newspaper.'
