So . . . After a couple of posts where TKC noted info regarding challenges that face Kansas City Missouri House Rep. Jason Kander in his run the Missouri Secretary Of State Office . . . TKC READER PUSH BACK WAS INTENSE!!!
Seriously, more than any time this year I've heard back from readers on the posts related to Mr. Kander's campaign. Almost a dozen personal e-mails from longtime readers and tipsters who know me in the real world poured in . . . Here are the most important questions and statements:

Answer: Not at all. TKC readers will know when this blog gets angry . . . The last dude I was angry with and who had more than a bit of hate directed back at TKC is now living in self-imposed exile out of Kansas City and with his shoeless wife on the wrong side of the Potomac.

"Look closely at how this campaign is playing out across Missouri. Folks in Jeff City are talking about the fact that Schoeller keeps campaigning only in rural areas. At this point Republicans are usually trying to get support in the suburbs. The Jeff City crowd thinks Shane is worried about holding his base against Jason Kander's military background."

ReplyDeleteLike him or not, Kander's going to lose big in November. And he'll most likely get a job in Sly's city hall and hang around until another election or appointment comes up. That's how the political class operates in Jsckson County and KCMO. The elections and all the moving around is just for the benefit of the little group of insiders, not for the public.

Kander is running on his good record. Schoeller seems to be running against Robin Carnahan.

The fire department is actually a huge part of the politics in KC and in the US, our union tells us union members who too vote for, and if we dont (if we are caught) will end up in the rat hole:) so dont dig on fire fighters we are just doing our job! Many of us personally dont agree with what we are manipulated into doing but we get paid well and will sell ourselves out to support our families at all cost, would't you? In America today its not about what is right, its about survival!
