No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: Temporary Kansas City Grand Boulevard Beautification

Take a look at the deeds of Kansas City do-gooders:

Build a Better Block: KC

Youtube Detail:

"Volunteers helped October 5th, 2012 to make Grand Boulevard of Kansas City, Missouri a better place for all. They created bicycle lanes, crosswalks, landscaped elements, and overall great places for visitors to gather."

I'm sure weekend strip club patrons getting an early start and crazy hobos enjoyed it. Natch.

  1. You forgot to mention the staff at the KC Star. Oh no, wait; the hobos.
Is the Star building still the center of the downtown revitalization miracle?

  2. Sure, go on down there and enjoy. Then, the NIGGERS will come out and mug, rape or kill you. Happens every time. Aren't they funny??

  3. Scared suburban white people...ruining America for 75 years, and running.

  4. Of course, if you know anything about crime statistics, you'd know you are way, way, way more likely to be mugged, raped, and killed by a member of your own race.

The only people actually getting mugged, raped an killed by "the NIGGERS" are other black people. The only people mugging, raping and killing white people are other white people.

  6. Flowers can't cover up weekend shootings. Enough said.

  7. Did any one of you ignorant douchebags even go down to check it out? Yeah, didn't think so. Much easier to tear down the efforts of others than to get off your lazy, fat asses and work towards something constructive.

  8. Suburban do-gooders doing silly irrelevant things is not doing something "constructive".
Does it look nice? Sure. Does it change anything for anyone? No.
Does it make downtown safer or more attractive to visit? No.
There are tables with flowers and chairs all over the metro. Why drive twenty miles to sit around on Grand Boulevard, of all places?
    Are we Portland yet?
