FORWAR. OBOMBA 2012

Vimeo detail . . .

"Antiwar peace activists, Barry and Hillary, visited the OBOMBA 2012 campaign office in Kansas City, MO on October 16, 2012 to proudly celebrate their drone war crimes."

To wit . . .

WE LIKE THIS CLIP BECAUSE IT "DEMONSTRATES" THAT KANSAS CITY ACTIVISTS ARE EVEN WILLING TO TAKE ON DEMOCRATS WHEN IT COMES TO THE TRAGIC TOPIC OF WAR!!!

Better TKC post title: Kansas City Activists Against The Popularly Accepted False Political Dichotomy.

Double Bonus . . . Drone Protest and The Gap Band.

Once again KCMO's "activists" walk right by local problems they could actually try to do something about on their way to some pointless protest that won't affect anything at all.
Just like the big march for the Trayvon Martin tragedy in Florida instead of any recognition whatever for young people murdered right here in our own community, these folks are always looking to spend a few hours standing around with signs and then going home to watch themselves on TV.
How about parking themselves on a few blocks of the east side where 90% of KCMO's homicides are taking place, working with the residents to get them involved, cooperating with the cops, and rolling up the thugs.
Charity begins at home.

I think it was a false flag. They're dressed to nice.

Agreed. I can tell you, from experience, a true community activist who may be busy enough to make it on the news, rarely ever has time to go home and watch themselves on the news.

See how fast the Liberals will denounce the even more liberal war protestors.

nobomba me with your healthcare plan.

nobomba me with you stinkin bailouts

nobomba me with your debt increasing programs

So it was a false flag. Ultra liberals would never use the gap band.

I'm one of about 10 people in KC who is certain of the identity of those activists. I can assure you, they are not armchair activists and are quite involved with raising awareness to many issues, local, national, and global. Kudos to both of them. As the article said, they have the guts to point out the shortcomings of the Democrats. The Democrats turn their noses up at people trying to make real change. They anger me more than any Republican could, because they try to sincerely convince you that they are on the side of the people, but their words tend to be as empty as the other sides.

The billions upon billions of dollars the United States wastes on illegal military actions is very much a root problem, the byproducts of which are those local problems YOU walk past every day on your way to criticize others who are doing anything at all.

4:48, "Guts" to me would be identifying yourself and being willing to give media interviews after your bit of street theater to add some depth to your protest.

But then again, if Tony was the only "media" present, don't expect in-depth reporting.

9:50 That's one way to do things, if you're doing it to for the camera time and notoriety. Maybe there's more than one way to do things. Maybe the idea is more important than the details. Maybe these people have put their face and words to enough protests already. Maybe the media doesn't care about our illegal war crimes. Or maybe you're just another hater who'd rather criticize than act.
