KSHB reports on the effort to replace a controversial Sunflower State politico who spends a great deal of his time doing something besides the job that voters elected him to fulfill: "A Topeka activist says he'll start circulating petitions later this month for an election to recall Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach."
