It sounds a lot like the online DUI record douche who was forced to shut down only with a less sound biz model given that mugshots aren't that interesting and the website owner doesn't seem to be willing to contact neighbors Which is most of what pissed of the locals. And news sites have been publishing some of the most interesting mugshots for quite some time now . . . Still, she raises a good point about Internet commerce and privacy.
