Once again Council lady Cindy Circo is sporting a new hairdo . . .
And just about everybody seems to be embracing Kansas City political "girl power" despite the fact that life for lower income local women paying even more taxes in this cowtown is mostly unchanged except for the career advancement of a few lady power brokers.
Still . . . Everybody looks nice and they're all smiling which is the most important thing in current Kansas City political epoch.

Truly tasteless. I can't believe any of these women thought that dressing for the prom when you are 50 years old and have lost the girlish figure was somehow ok. With the exception of circo, although she really needs a styling consultant for her hair.
Let me guess those ladies just threw on those dresses so they didn't have to think or worry about how they looked. And they wanted to make a good impression by sending out the message it's the woman's intelligence that really matters.
