Kansas City Illegal Sign Classes
Ironically, most of illegal signs belong to local politicos and go ignored during campaign season because this ordinance is a joke: "Kansas City neighborhood leaders and residents who want training in removing nuisance signs can attend a workshop at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Neighborhood Preservation Division, 4900 Swope Parkway."

I'll save everyone the time. The trick to removing a sign is to give it a quick yank. One can be certain of the correct direction to yank by observing where the sky is relative to the sign. Just yank in the direction of the sun.
True the quick yank is important, but one must watch their back, so bend with the knees and that complete our training
