A VIGILANT TKC TIPSTER noted an important connection that a lot of mainstream media newsies missed.
There was only cursory coverage of this case . . .
The owner of a local construction company was sentenced in federal court for bankruptcy fraud.
Click the link for a full break down of the charges . .
And here's what we know EXCLUSIVELY . . .
The dude sentenced was part of the Latino group that sued Kansas City regarding hiring practices on City Projects. Ultimately, their case was unsuccessful.
Sadly, hiring at City Hall is still less than diverse (especially given the lack of female department heads) and there were a lot of complaining employees who fell upon harsh times while this guy enjoyed the good life according to the details of this case.
While we still believe in FEDERALLY MANDATED DIVERSITY . . . It's important to acknowledge that not everybody does despite their protestations.
Developing . . .
John Doe #1 and #2 at work.
ReplyDeleteDeveloping . . or maybe not.
ReplyDeleteNext thing you know City Hall will mounting a god damn airplane on the roof!
ReplyDeleteDiaz was president of the Kansas City Hispanic Association Contractors Enterprise at one time. Now he'll be President of his cell block.
ReplyDeleteKansas City Hispanic Association Contractors Enterprise website hasn't been updated since 2005. And they wonder why they can't get work and no one takes them seriously?
ReplyDeleteThey should have hired Tony LOL at least he would have earned some money instead of getting bribes and handouts.
ReplyDeleteAs Santa Ana’s army surround the Alamo, Davy Crocket looked at Jim Bowie and said: “Jim, are you having the roof done today?”
ReplyDeleteThe diversity movement is a lie and a joke.
ReplyDeleteBecause hiring a Latino contractor to build the Guadalupe Center simply because he was Latino worked out so well. Screw qualifications! He's Latino so just give it to him!
ReplyDeleteArmando Diaz built a million dollar + home in Briarcliff, and charged his workers' time to a federal project and used federal materials for his house. At the same time he was taking Carribbean vacations and not making payroll. This class act stole, lied about bankruptcy, screwed his employees... He deserves a lot more than the two years in Leavenworth he received as a sentence.
ReplyDeleteOn the plus side, he'll never vote, carry a gun, or get business insurance so he's certainly screwed. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
a mexikin who acts like a nigger. figures.
