Fox4 reports on a lady officer who allegedly delivered a headbutt during her arrest: "A Kansas City Missouri Police officer arrested for driving under the influence and assaulting a law enforcement officer in February agreed to a plea agreement Wednesday afternoon in a Clay County courtroom."

What's wrong with KCPD are they stupid. I don't want her as a cop in my community. Has KCPD so lowered their standards they keep cops like that?
She's been suspended without pay for the entire time. She deserved due process and now that she has been sentenced she most likely will be terminated within the week.
Due process? How about breaking department policy? Your allowed to assault a Highway Patrol Officer and drive a Patrol car drunk? You need to wait for what? Sounds to me like KCPD can't make a decision any more.
Sad thing is, she was an excellent cop! Everyone makes mistakes in life.
The profession sometimes drives people to drink as an escape. You civilians and jobless less folk dont have a clue what a cop deals with on a daily basis. Some can deal, others look elsewhere for escape.

Get your facts straight. She was in her own car, and she deserved to have her day in court before losing her job. She had hers, and now her job should be forfeit.

Plus a god cop knows better than to drive drunk so who ever thinks she was a good cop must be a cop and as well needs to be fired for supporting a fellow bad cop.

I can't believe another cop would defend this type of behavior, it took 7 Police Officers to restrain her. It just goes to show you how far gone KCPD is. She should have been fired Day one. What is going on at KCPD? What happened to standards?

Just like there was a criminal investigation there was a internal investigation ...you can't just fire people as soon as the news story hits the press. That's how you get sued for unlawful termination, loss of wages, ect if by some miracle or error they're found innocent.

Hell, KCPD isn't going to fire her. They would have to fire shitloads of other officers who drive drunk, get caught and never make the news because of the lame ass local media. KC is the town where the assistant chief wrecked a city car while drunk and he got off because they forgot to read him his rights. KCPD should require catch up background investigations and polygraphs every five to ten years. Seems like around here a cop doesn't turn rotten until he/she is exposed to the rest of the force. If a cop wants to to get shitfaced who can blame him. But when a cop gets a pass for assaulting officers, molesting people in hot tubs, pulling guns in noght clubs, beating their wives and daughters, driving drunk, resisting arrest, stealing and a ton of other shit, the press needs to be all over the asses of these jackwads who turn these special deals just because someone is a cop. Most officers are members of the FOP because they offer legal support if an officer gets into trouble. Since she will now face discipline within the police department have they or will they offer her legal support?
