TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! REMOVE THE LIVESTRONG NAME FROM THE KCK STADIUM!!!

So . . . Thanks to d-bags who follow cycling . . .

THE LIVESTRONG STADIUM IN KCK NOW STANDS FOR SHAME!!!

So what if the dude raised a bunch of money for research . . . He also dumped Sheryl Crow and probably gave her cancer.

Kidding.

???

Anyhoo . . . This is serious cycling business. Even more serious than Jamie Chung in her skivvies next to cycling d-bags who have probably been rendered impotent by jamming a bike seat against the prostate for hours on end.

Anyhoo . . .

IT'S TIME TO CHANGE THE NAME OF LIVESTRONG STADIUM OR ELSE ADMIT THAT TAXPAYER SUBSIDY SUPPORTS CYCLING SHAME!!!

Sadly, corporate media won't take on this debate because they need as much ad money as they can get and most people don't dare question major league sports teams except in the silliest ways.

Any argument against this position supports allegations of cheating and one of the many weird blood games that pro-athletes play.

  1. What good will that do?

    ReplyDelete
  2. No. Lance Armstrong passed dozens of drug tests. There is no evidence against him--only hearsay(from people who lost to him).

    ReplyDelete
  3. Just change it to "Doping" Stadium.

    ReplyDelete
  4. Starting off with a cancer joke...classy. Allegations of cheating are just that...allegations. He has passed every test he ever took. The stadium is named for a Foundation that has raised a half billion dollars for cancer research. There is no shame in that.

  5. Who gives a shit if overpaid sports figures "dope" or not?
On a list of the 100 most important problems in the world, "doping" rates 101.

  6. Remember young men, check your balls and don't cheat!

That should be the new name of the sporting park.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Two pretty boy sports - soccer and cycling. They deserve each other.

  8. Much ado about less than nothing.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Soccer stadium....yawn....

  10. Strip his name off of the stadium I don't care what he has done the fact is he could have cleared his name but instead he choose to hide and face the piper rather than have the facts come out. Cheating is cheating plain and simple. If he was innocent he would have had his chance to prove such.

If you parents had a kid in some sport and lets say he lost to a person who was using drugs to beat your kid would you not be screaming bloody murder over it? The same applies here.

  11. Should be called "KCK Taxpayer Park" for the $200 Million those suckers gave to the Obamacare Billionaires from Cerner!!

  12. Who wouldn't acquiesce after being hounded for years by every agency on the planet and being poked and prodded more than any other athlete in histroy. Man, justice was served, the Feds bagged a dangerous criminal here. And with no evidence whatsoever, good work, we can all sleep better at night. Now if the government can just get a handle on smaller issues like the economy, war, drug cartels, violent crime, etc. we'd be just fine.

  13. Slow news day, eh?

    ReplyDelete
  14. I'd rather they change the dorky TEAM NAME, and keep the stadium name.
Otherwise, Lance is a great cyclist, and watching him in Tour se France was always a blast.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Change the name to Sheryl Crow stadium.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hell watching him win on a rocket powered cycle as well would have been a blast but would have been cheating none the less.

See this is what is wrong with America today. Cheating is a way of life and makes you great for doing so.

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hells Bells you can't spend half your life on a bicycle unless you are half nuts or stoned so exactly what is the point here?

    ReplyDelete
  18. That's exactly why you shouldn't name publicly financed facilities after people who are still alive (Berkley Park, Wheeler Airport, Cleaver Blvd, Bond Bridge etc.). If the really stupid things these people do become public, the issue of maintaining or renaming comes up. I say wait until they've been dead for a couple of years before naming something after them. If the skeletons haven't emerged by then, they probably won't.

  19. Those who follow this realize the fix is in against Armstrong. While he may very well have doped, there is no proof, and he was going to be "tried" in a "court" where he couldn't appeal and where the outcome was predetermined. No matter what anyone says, he will remain a seven time TdF winner in the minds of virtually everybody who cares about cycling.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Nope sorry I like cycling and to me he is nothing but a loser for not standing up.

Least if he had stood up we could then judge based on what was brought out this way it appears he has ran with his tail betwen his legs.

Nope he is done in my book and what bothers me is several years back someone said he was dirty and I was oh no way. Well from Lances actions I guess I was wrong and my friend was right.

  21. Tony, Superdave...and other haters...the stadium is named for a foundation that has raised over $500 million to fight cancer and gives hope to the over 28 million people worldwide who are battling cancer. That's bigger than any one man...and more imnpressive than anyting any of you have ever done, or ever hope to have done.

Lance is human, as are we all. He has faults, yes!! and big ones at that. But unlike most humans, he has also done something great and important that far outweighs his failures. Unless you can say the same, I think it's time for you to simmer down.

  22. I would have preferred all the money wasted on this witch hunt by the USADA and their egotistical head purifier Tygart be donated to cancer research.

    CANCER SUCKS!

And that's about all I have to say about that.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Superdave, why stand up to an out-of-control renegade federally-funded non-profit who has hearsay evidence to bury you in arbitration? And arbitration is where the Feds take you to bury you.

I admire Armstrong for flipping the USADA the bird and getting on with his life. Why spend big bucks and big time fighting a losing battle? Take your seven victories (no one can change the facts of history) and continue with your charitable work. Screw the USADA, because they were all sent to screw you.

  24. Cyclo girl!

  25. Donations to Livestrong are up 30% today.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Fine all you loser fucks you seem to like to support the cheaters amd sorry till he clears his name he is a cheater plain and simple.

I also seem to remember a few other sport people who said they didn't do drugs but then later on was proven and they admited they did take them so I say support cheaters you D-BAGS and hope you lose in life as well.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Friday nights are tough on SuperDave.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Superdouch...let me try to explain it again...Livestrong is about giving hope to those fighting cancer. If the stadium was named Armstrong Sporting Park, you would have point. But it isn't and so you don't. Now please go back to your cesspool of hate and leave us rational people alone...or at least the five of us here on SKC.

    ReplyDelete
  29. He passed more like hundreds of tests (6:37AM), the Feds and Ze French. He knew he could win but this witch hunt decides his fate with arbitration so he knew he was screwed. Like I said before I hope the witch hunters are happy with their results.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Yeah turn the name into TKC Beaner Stadium. That fixed it.
