KCFD EMERGENCY CALL FAIL!!!

A look at just a bit more of Kansas City old and busted infrastructure: "Since early today, the Kansas City Fire Department has been unable to directly take incoming emergency calls."

    Does this mean they have some dispatchers who are not so good? Does it mean KCFD might need to take a hard look at their dispatching services as well. Or maybe they just have a spoksman who has his head up his ass.
