There already are drones in KCMO. Most of them are concentrated at the Chamber of Commerce.

Drones delivering anthrax is a spooky proposition.
Wonder if drones following drive by killers would nail them? Would that be so bad? After all, it IS a war zone!
With the KCPD it's more likely they will be used for speeding tickets.
it wont be in the budget for the 'ole KCPD. However, it would be nice to have a couple of those drones drop a ton or two of napalm throughout the inner city ghetto! lol
