With the Pub closing in Westport thugs have to move somewhere else and ruin another area of the city. (Bannister Mall, Westport, Swope Park, the entire inner city core) P&L is in thier sights since I forsee Boulevard Nights having a massive nation wide media coverage shootout by July 4th. Just in time for the All Star game.

They aren't willing to risk financing their projects with their own money, so it's pretty damn obvious the project is too risky to finance with MY money. Public safety & infrastructure - that should be your priorities.
