Sadly, it was sold as a move to help advanced students test higher in a really cynical bit of manipulation.

You care though, Tee. You just don't report on the tremendous challenges of trying to overcome decades of mismanagement, nepotism, and outright theft in the district and where that behavior by adults left all the young people.

Why not get out of the basement and visit some of the schools to lend a hand. I can tell you from experience they'll appreciate the help.

Covington and West, et. al. really do have an obligation to be transparent (that means TRUTHFUL) to the public about this.
The Distrcit is CONTINUING to fail the student and parents who are HOSTAGES to the District.
When, Kansas City, will we acknowledge that the District isn't working, and that it's not going to work?
When WILL we talk about vouchers? AFTER the last good student has left the District, along with the last employer? And the last hope of regenerating the urban core?
Does our politically correct ideology meant THAT MUCH to us?
You all are a bunch of stupid A-holes....the test scores mean nothing and teaching to the test results in no REAL education...until we throw out the tests and let teachers teach, no progress is going to be made...

His position on the board has been about him raising himself on the social/political ladder at the expense of the 'scholars'. Give me a break. You are a failure Airick and nothing innovative has happended under your leadership. You have only succeeded in ticking off members of the Brookside community because of the failure at Southwest. Don't look for their financial support in your future endeavors because you will not get any of that $$$$$ !!!!!
