A Jackson County judge just ruled that Phil LeVota is a new member of the Jackson County Democratic Committee contrary to recent reports. See attached order.
Also, here's a bit of backstory that wasn't initially reported: It was Phil LeVota's suggestion to ask another candidate to withdraw so Marty Kerr would be allowed to be a member also because Kerr got screwed by the "incompetent" Jackson County Clerk of the Legislature's office. How's that for being a statesman? Even though silly, immature old-ass Marty Kerr wants to gripe, moan, and scheme against the LeVotas, Phil went out of his way to protect Marty's right to be a candidate. It was Phil's litigation that gets Kerr his committee spot as well.

ReplyDeleteMary Jo Spino, the Jackson County Clerk, is one of "Rizzo's Angels." Rizzo reached out to the LeVota family to seek support for his re-election. Phil LeVota sold his support to Rizzo in return for Spino leaving Kerr off the ballot, who was running against Phil for a seat on the Democratic County Committee.

Now that is interesting. Mary Jo used to live in Lee's Summit and has ties to the LeVota's and Rizzo.
Sounds like the fix was in.
Do you people realy think others buy this stuff you try to spin? Mary Jo and Rizzo working with the LeVotas? Are you kidding? The LeVotas were with Crystal Williams and Teresa Garza. Rizzo and Mary Jo are so far up Sanders ass that they are supposed to just hate the LeVotas by proxy. This whole mess was designed to screw LeVota out of office, not Kerr. This is just a screw up by their office that shows how lazy Sanders is to not even notice that his best friend, Marty Kerr was reported to have withdrawn back in May.
ReplyDeleteLets get this straight rignt now. It was an incompetent clerk, no longer with the office and NOT Mary Jo Spino. I know her. She has her preferences as do we all, but she would not, ever do anything remotely wrong that could jepordize her job. End of Story. When the mess was finally figured out by the Judge the right result was obtained. I would like to know the name of the clerk in the office that started this mess. Who is she and who got her the job to begin with.
ReplyDeleteAnon 6:42 got it right. Let's get the answer to who the clerk was that made the mess, why she is gone, and who got her the job. This is public government stuff and we should know. All the spinsters and their finger pointing at the candidates have it wrong. Mary Jo needs to come clean and tell us. And furthermore, remember, that the clerk that made the mistake and Mary Jo work for THE JACKSON COUNTY LEGISLATURE, so maybe that's where the blame lies.
ReplyDeleteMary Jo was tilting the tables for Rizzo going back to when she let second "Crystal" hide in her office and sneak into line, and then did the same thing to the last woman to declare her candidacy so that the real Crystal was not the last name on the ballot. Mary Jo does thing that put her job at risk all the time.
