ReplyDeleteWe need the Police Officers we have to get out from behind the desk. Headquarters is full of cops that just snuffle paper all day.
ReplyDeleteEvery Deputy Chief does NOT need a Police Sgt as their personal secretary.
Hire a civilian to do this NOT a sworn officer. Why have a trained Police Sgt carrying a gun around the office all day to do what a civilian can do for LESS money?
The Police Commissioners need to have a hard look at how the Police Department is using it's officers.
