The photos are dark but it's definitely Graves. I don't know if it's a date but I can't see a wedding ring. What's clear to me is that the Missouri politico eats better than me considering I was struggling to find change in my car for snack cakes at QT last night. Natch.

Retractions aren't bad, they're the journalistic right thing to do. We make mistakes. The dishonorable thing to do is to leave them hanging out there forever on search engines!
Will I wanna see that Republican sheep thrown out of office, not under false pretenses. I'd rather nail him for blindly voting NO to fixing health care, banking reform, and immigration policy.

There was even a post he did once about Calvin Williford that was proved to be libelous because (it was like the one time Tony used records) the post was based on casenet files from a different Calvin Williford who had done adult abuse stalking or something. When this was pointed out, Tony didn't even apologize or take down the post. It's WAY past time someone sued this scum for libel.

Tony only has one thing going for him. His street cred and like all journalists, he has to protect his credibility at all costs. Learning that is the main thing you learn in J school. All you have as an asset is your word.
Unless you're funded by a very rich guy... then you can run a cable network and say whatever you want... no matter if you have street cred or not. Like Faux News. But we all know what they are, except the sheep who have small brains anyway.
T needs to UPDATE his original post and bring in the lobbiest aspect. Which in itself isn't a bad story! But no, it's not gotcha with another woman! Not every story is about sex.
What is libelous about this post? Did he not have dinner? Was she not blonde? Reread the post. There is nothing insinuated in it, much less stated. Brush up on your internet law degrees and gain some respect for the First Amendment.

ReplyDeleteYou really think Tony has credibility? He openly admits that he prints false stuff all day long and doesn't bother to check it. What about the libelous piece on Calvin Williford that he never apologized, corrected or took down? Completely 100 percent false. A journalist never would have made that mistake in the first place - you can't just assume someone is the same person because they have a similar name - you check it out to make sure it's the same person before you print something.
Tony implies this is an affair, which it's obviously not. Maybe he worms out of this being libel by not openly stating that it's an affair, but c'mon. Calling the woman a "blonde," (yes, only women are defined by the color of their hair ... ever hear a man called "a blonde"?) commenting about not seeing a wedding ring. Tony needs to learn some fucking respect for other human beings.
